You will receive an order confirmation e-mail within 24-48 hours of placing
your order. This confirmation will have a copy of our invoice included for your
review. You will also Be sent another e-mail that your order was shipped and will include your tracking information.
Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery of your items. We do beat that in most instances, but there are instances that do take this time frame. If you would like to check on the status of your order,please email us or call us to allow us to research the order and get you a response.
1.) SALES TAX: California residents must add
9.75% sales tax to their order.
2.)PAYMENT METHOD: We accept Paypal, Cashiers check or Money Orders. Paypal accepts
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and E-check. Click on the Paypal
logo near the bottom of this page to log on to their website and make your

Pay check or Money order: Print the e-mail confirmation invoice we send you and
mail it back to us with your payment. We accept Money order, Cashier’s checks,
Personal checks and Business checks.(Personal & Business checks take 10 days to
clear) Please Include your e-mail address when mailing Checks & Money
orders.CHECK OR MONEY ORDER TITLE PLEASE WRITE: FURNITURE R’US Note: To avoid
delays in order processing, please include your: NAME, ITEM#, E-MAIL ADDRESS,
AND SHIPPING ADDRESS along with your payment. If we receive a personal check for
payment, we will hold the order until check is cleared before we ship the items.
3.)FINANCE:
1.WE ACCEPT FINANCE THROUGH PAYPAL BUYER CREDIT CARD.
You can apply paypal buyer credit card with your Paypal Account. For More information, please call paypal at

2. WE ALSO ACCEPT LAYAWAY PLAN WITHOUT INTEREST
You will pay a minimum of 25% down payment and the balance
paid off within 3 months. We will keep the merchandise for you and ship it until the full amount is paid. There is no Interest Fee
You can pay down payment through paypal to be secure and safe or
you can send payment by personal check.
We will send you invoice every time payment is received as confirmation.
4.)CANCELLATIONS:Returned or Cancelled shipments that are not and/or will not be accepted by the
customer for any reason, are subject to a 35% restocking
fee plus the cost of the shipping and return shipping(both trips)Actual shipping costs will be provided at the time of the return. -Orders placed for merchandise
not in-stock will be shipped as soon they become available. -
-Furniture R’Us reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, Customers will be notified via email if their order has
been cancelled.
5.)ACCEPTABLE METHOD OF RETURNS: Merchandise must be returned to us via our own appointed/specified Carrier or trucking company. Merchandise cannot be returned without an Authorization Number from us.
ALL RETURNED ITEM MUST BE IN ORIGINAL BOX WITHOUT DAMAGE.WITHOUT ORIGINAL BOX, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR 20% PACKAGING FEE. WE WILL REFUND YOU ONCE WE RECEIVED AND
INSPECT THE ITEM LESS RESTOCKING FEE & SHIPPING CHARGES.
RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT ANY BOXES, CANNOT BE RETURNED.
FREIGHT CO. CANNOT PICK UP ITEMS WITHOUT BOXES.
SO, PLS KEEP ALL ORIGINAL BOXES UPON DELIVER.
6.)ASSEMBLY: Assembly is usually required. Most house hold item required assembly. Assembly is usually very easy and requires normal tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and other tools typically found around the house.

7.)White Glove service, there is additional charge. Pls inquire for additional charge on white glove delivery service. The freight co. deliver inside the house, place on the area where you want, open the boxes, assembled and throw away trash.
8.)When buying Furniture either bedroom,dining,sofa set or bathroom vanity it would be advisable to measure your room correctly and of course give an allowance of about 10" to 20" on Width,Height and Length. We do not recommend buying furniture exactly the same size as your bedroom or dining room or living room. Give more space to place your Furniture in your room. Or e-mail us for further questions.
If the furniture bought is below the allowance of your room as mentioned above, we are not responsible for any claims.
Recommended ceiling must be more than 8.5-10feet high for canopy
bed.Pls check your ceiling before purchasing.

9.)DAMAGE: We thoroughly inspect every item before shipment. We strongly against item in DOA (Damaged-On-Arrival). PLEASE INSPECT THE ITEMS BEFORE SIGNING THE BILL OF LADING!IF THE ITEM IS DOA, YOU MUST MAKE A NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING AND HAVE THE DRIVER SIGN ON TOP OF IT .FAILURE TO DO SO RESULTS IN NO EXCHANGE/RETURN OR REFUND. WE ONLY ACCEPT CLAIM WITHIN 7 DAYS.DAMAGES THAT ARE NOT WRITTEN ON THE BILL OF LADING WILL NOT BE EXCHANGE OR RETURN OR REFUND.NO EXCEPTION!
For Damage item, please E-MAIL OR MAIL US THE PICTURE AS THE PROOF. We will file any damage claims necessary and get the necessary replacement parts sent out to you ASAP. You are responsible to save the damaged items with the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and BOXES. Someone will come to pickup or inspect the damage, at our discretion. If you refuse the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping and the shipping of any replacement items.
10.)DELIVERY METHOD: All Delivery will be chosen by Furniture R’Us. Delivery
will be by the shipper normal delivery method. FEDEX for example will deliver to
your door, if no one Is home, and the shipper has a policy not to leave packages
without a signature, you can reschedule but FEDEX and other shippers will not
set up an exact time to meet you at your door. Many oversize items (too large
for FEDEX)will be sent via delivery truck that will only get the item to the
sidewalk. You will need to carry the item into your home. The delivery companies
will only give a time period which sometime can be an entire day. You will have
to make arrangements to receive the package or have someone at your home or
business to receive the package. Please note that FEDEX and many other delivery
companies charge a surcharge for Saturday deliveries and if you would like to
arrange a Saturday delivery, please e-mail for additional pricing. If a
recipient is notified of a delivery date and the recipient is not there to meet
the shipper and accept the package, the recipient will be responsible for any
and all “RE-DELIVERY” charges that may apply. Freight Rate: SHIP BY FEDEX GROUND
INFORMATION: SHIPPING FEE FOR 48 STATES IN USA ONLY (EXCEPT P.O. BOX OR APO).
All items usually ship in 7-10 Business days, after payment is received, via
FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery once
item ships. All items shipped via FedEx are fully insured against damage during
shipment, so please contact us before leaving feedback so we can file a claim
for insurance and replace your item. All shipping fees are calculated by the
computerized Fedex Ground shipping schedule and rate program. If the total
weight has exceed 150lbs. we will email the shipping rate to the customer before
proceeding with the order.
SHIP BY FREIGHT TRUCKING INFORMATION: TRUCKING RATE (FOR OVER SIZE
FURNITURE USE ONLY) *Trucking is available for 48 states only (NOT FOR AK,
PR) * Fee apply to per order basis, the 'trucking fee charge" will cover all
ordered items. * Please contact us for correct shipping rate.It takes 2-6 WEEKS after Processing. If this is an oversized item that is shipped through a
freight company and will arrive at your address about 2-6 WEEKS . The
freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and
time. - Once the Truck Reaches Your Delivery Address The item will be delivered
from the rear of the truck at your address. You will be required to accept and
remove the merchandise from the rear of the truck. The freight company will NOT
take it inside. Because oversized items are heavy and often difficult to handle,
we strongly recommend that you have help available to remove the product from
the truck and move it to its final location. Unless you order
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE, all deliveries are CURB SIDE. The freight carriers are not insured to go into the home nor prepared to move the freight inside. Please make all necessary arrangements to take possession at the truck.
CURBSIDE SERVICE: Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are shipped via common carrier and arrive for a curb side delivery. The driver is not allowed into the home and generally there is only one driver and he will not have dollies or tools necessary to move furniture. For curb side deliveries, please make all necessary arrangements to take possession of the furniture at the truck.
INSURANCE: All items are insured by the freight company when they are picked up. Please note that unless you purchase the supplemental insurance, you will be responsible for filing any claims and collecting from the freight company directly. Please note that if you did not note any damage on the delivery invoice, the carrier may not accept the claim. Unless SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE is purchased.
PRICING POLICY: Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept
all major credit cards. We do not accept any COD purchase orders.
PRIVACY POLICY: Furniture R’Us neither intends to nor will ever share nor
sell your personal information, such as your email address to third parties.
Company personnel with access to customer information are aware of our policies
and are trusted professionals in the field. Any personal information you wish to
